Displaying Customer Details

You can display a summary of the customer details.

To display customer details:

1.

In the menu bar, choose Topology and then select the Customers tab.

Select the check box adjacent to the customer whose details you wish to display and then click Show.

The table below describes the Customer Information shown above.

Status Type	Description
Name	The name of the service provider, customer or channel.
Status	The status of the Management entity (see Management Statuses).
Azure Tenant ID	Microsoft Tenant ID of the customer.
Tenant	The Service Provider tenant name.
Management and QoE Status	The status of the Management and QoE entities (see Management Statuses).
SIP Connection Calls Statistics	Statistics retrieved for all SIP connections.
Teams Calls Statistics	Statistics retrieved from all Teams devices.
Active Alarms	The breakdown of the Active alarms. Click to drill down to the Alarms page (see Monitoring Alarms from Customer Service Sites).
Customer Calls	List of customer calls (see Monitoring Calls from Customer Sites).
